Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently deliver across South Africa.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on your location)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location and parcel size.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated within a few days, please contact us — we’re happy to assist!
4. Delays & Delivery Issues
We work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volumes, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
Kandy Rose cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Kandy Rose is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@kandyrose.co.za.
Include your order number and any supporting photos, and our team will assist you promptly.
7. International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within South Africa, but we’re working on expanding to international delivery soon — stay tuned!
